and activities on County land. By placing this application and

approval in the County’s records, the County grants the applicant

the right to act in accordance with this agreement, as well as

any that are agreed to in the future.

2. County zoning permits for collection and treatment of organic

waste in the area are complete and the applicant has met all

applicable requirements of the County zoning code.

3. The applicant, and all related entities, are or will be

subject to state and federal law and regulation and are

responsible for following all applicable laws, regulations and

requirements.

4. The site selection for this facility and the garbage haulers

from the facility are in compliance with all applicable laws

and regulations.

5. The method of disposal and placement of the raw waste

being deposited at the facility is in accordance with the

applicable laws and regulations and all applicable standards

of environmental protection.

6. The County has considered all pertinent factors in the
